Qualifications :

Bachelor degree (S1 Pshycology is added value)

Have experience as HR Manager  minimal for  2  years

Computer literature and fluent in English both oral and writeen

Excellent interpersonal communication

Depth knowledge of Labour Laws UU no 13 / 2004 and related government regulation

Good understanding on Performance Management

Strategic view, analytical view and analytical skills

Result oriented, fast learner, trusworthy, well organized and disciplined

MERCHANDISING MANAGER FOR PHARMACY

Responsibilities:

* Support the Management in defining merchandising strategy in term of sales area layout, product assortment & pricing, margin, and promotionsbased on competition analysis and continual study & reviews of the newest trend in the market.

* Plan the merchandise distribution method, and ensure that the implementation is according to the plan.

* Prepare and propose sales budget / product / store to the management.

* Monitor and ensure that the sales / product are at least according to budget, and take necessary countermeasure if problem happens.

* Monitor and ensure that inventory level / product are not exceeding pre-set threshold.

* Propose planogram design & three dimensional layoutplan for the store, and negotiate with the suppliers for the product to be sold in the store.

Requirements:

* Graduated from reputable University, preferably from pharmaceutical background.

* Excellent English communication and presentation skill.

* Minimum  5 (five) years of working experience in modern drug store  (such as Century Guardian, Kimia Farma)  with 2 years in the similar position.
