HUMAN RESOURCES & GENERAL AFFAIR MANAGER CATERING DIVISION
Responsibilities:
Managing and coordinating all aspects of Human Resources, Administration and General Affairs functions
Execution of recruitment activities, either done in-house or remote area, based on clearly defined search profiles and executed in a timely manner
Develop, implement and maintain a company regulation which should provide clear guidelines to the employees as well as internal policies to support the execution of HR practices
Develop, implement, maintain, and improve adequate performance appraisal and performance management systems, to ensure that employees will give an optimal contribution to the companies objectives
Defining and executing training and development programs related to improvement of competences needed by the employees - based on training needs analysis - to achieve the company's strategy
Ensure the organization is in compliance with Indonesian Labor Law as well as corporate policies
Requirements:
Male max. 40 years old.
Graduated from minimum S1 Psychology/ HR Management/ Law.
Having at least 10 years experience in Human Resource area with minimal 5 years in managerial level.
Expert or familiar with strategic and operational Human Resource such as recruitment, compensation & benefit, organizational development, performance management, industrial relation, training and people development, employee relation, etc.
Expert or having good knowledge about General Affair.
Fluency in English is a great advantageous
Computer literate
Able to work under pressure Energetic, honest, discipline, strong leadership, and problem solver
Willing to mobile and to be assigned in Balikpapan (East Kalimantan)
