Overall Responsibility:

To support Head of Administration and Human Resources Manager in running a professional personnel service by providing administrative support with general HR requirements and the payroll process.

Required Skills:

This is full time position that requires an action oriented person with the ability to manage multiple tasks; excellent organizational and communication skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia).

This position requires attention to details, a commitment to the highest quality work, a self-starter with precise record keeping skills, confidentiality and a respect for the sensitive nature of data, computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, and Excel) and Krishand Payroll System proficiency. Must be able to function both independently and as part of a team.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or Diploma in Indonesia, with a minimum of two years experiences in the same position or 5 years experience in similar field, ability to work under pressure, computer literacy, and proficiency on Krishand payroll System is a must.

Working Relation with:

Head of Administration (HA), Human Resources Manager (HRM) and Finance & Accounting Manager (FA)

Key areas of Responsibility:

Assist (HA, HRM) in the administration of all personnel policies, procedures and general office work.

Assist in the administration of the pension scheme and the personal health insurance scheme.

Prepare data for payment of staff salaries through the computerized payroll system. 

Maintain all necessary payroll records required for the effective management of the payroll.

Maintain the office filing system and all personnel records.

Uphold a high standard of professionalism and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
