Job Description :

Preparing financial analysis; reformulate the financial statements to give a clear picture about the value drivers of company profitability and growth.

Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers, auditors and other third parties.

Acting as a liaison between BOD & subsidiary company for better communications

Developing and overseeing the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements.

Performing of any other duties as assigned by the BoD

Requirements:

Level of Education  : Bachelor degree major in Secretary, Mandarin Linguistic, Accounting reputable university

Good looking, femalemaximum 35 years old

Work Experience  :   Min 2 years experience as Corporate Secretary

Fluent in English (Conversation and written)and Mandarin (Conversation)

Multitasking Skill and Honest

Good knowledge of Business Correspondence and computer literature
