SECRETARY
Responsibilities
Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Office
Main Activities
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member
Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference
telephone calls
Make preparations staffs and committee meetings
Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies respond to public inquiries
Provide word-processing and secretarial support
Type confidential documents on a word processing system
Provide Administrative Support supports to the Directors and senior staffs
Perform other related duties as require
Requirements
The candidates should possess the following:
Diploma in Secretarial or Administration or a Bachelor Degree from any fields
Excellent in English both in verbal and written is a must
Maximum age of 25
Excellent in computer and internet: Microsoft, Powerpoint, Web, Skype, Twitter,
Neat and accurate in doing administrative job
Willing to work overtime, under pressure & multi tasking.
Has Integrity, Stewardship, Maturity, Enthusiastic, Passion.
Ability to speak Japanese is a big plus
