    Preparing proposals, letters & presentations in English Ability to do purchasing and negotiation.

    Minimum Qualification

    Female, age 25-40 years old

    Minimum D3 from reputable secretarial academy

    Minimum 5 years experience as Secretary / Personal Assistant

    Must at least have a Shipping / Oil & Gas background

    Must at least have a Tender Preparation background

    Well versed in English and Mandarin

    Must be proficient in Office application software packages

    Smart, highly self-motivated person, good initiative & teamwork

    Good communication skill and telephony manners

    Able to work under pressure and/or with tight deadline
