Job Responsibilities :

This position will report to Arnott's Indonesia Leadership Team, with main responsibility is to perform excellent secretarial and administrative aspects of the company.

The position also responsible to provide assistant on office management and team coordination in respective Department.

Job Qualifications :

Min. a diploma degree from Secretarial, Public Relation or Mass Communication from reputable University.

Min. 2 years of working experience as Executive Secretary and have been working with Expatriate would be an advantage.

Fluent in written and spoken in English is a must.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Proficient in handling administration tasks and able to demonstrate initiative and independence in executing administrative role.

Good communication skill, well organized, attention to detail, able to handle multiple tasks with pleasant personality.

Willing to be based in Bekasi.
