    Job Responsibilities/description:

    Provide professional secretarial and administrative support to the senior management of the company      

    Coordinate with meetings, conference calls and travel arrangements

    Able to maintain proper filing system to ensure easy retrieval 

    Able to handle various kinds of project management office affairs.

    Handle business correspondences drafting, minutes taking, and numerical data analyzing


    Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication, Business, Management, Marketing, or its equivalent

    Minimum of five (5) years experience in administrative management

    Well understanding of business practices and rules

    Good at planning and highly motivated and results-oriented individual.

    Technically proficient in MS Office and other Windows-based programs

    Good written and verbal in English & Mandarin, excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability and desire to work in a collaborative team environment
